Project Background: I created the Articulate Rise course to accompany my third book, Strategic Career Reinvention. The book is based on innovative career reinvention tools I pioneered at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in the Career Development Branch. I aim to provide self-paced, online microlearning modules so readers can try out the reinvention tools themselves.
Course Features: Each Articulate Rise career reinvention course introduces the tool, explains how it works, features a case study of the tool, and invites learners to try it for themselves. 
Why Does This Course Work: I combined Gagne's Nine Events of Instruction with Kolb's Experiential Learning Cycle to design and build the online Articulate Rise training. It's the case studies and the hands-on activities that make the training work.
My Role: I designed, built, and produced the Articulate Rise courses based on my subject matter expertise in career reinvention.
