Project Background: When I redesigned the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's (USPTO) Supervisor Certificate Program (SCP), I reviewed the 48 hours of PowerPoint presentations. Sometimes, I eliminated a presentation while turning the other PowerPoints into experiential activities. In a few cases, I distilled the PowerPoint into a job aid like this sample job aid to teach managers coaching concepts. 
Job Aid Features: The job aid is a one-page summary of a thirty-minute PowerPoint presentation. 
Why Does This Job Aid Work: It is designed to be easily read and followed while managers coach their employees.
My Role: I used my coach training and design skills to build and publish the job aid.
